Urinary Tract Ozone Therapy

Special application of the urinary tract ozone therapy, which we developed and started to apply in our clinic since 2015; we especially use the ozone as gaseous form for the treatment of interstitial cystitis, prostatitis, urethritis, chronic cystitis, chronic epididymitis, chronic orchitis, erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Also, we successfully use it in patients receiving cancer treatment and patients with diabetes and its complications.

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Therapy

PRP is an abbreviation obtained from the initials of Platelet Rich Plasma. PRP treatment is applied by taking a small amount of blood from a patient to obtain the whole content of the thrombocytes through special procedures, and injecting the final content to the same patient’s damaged tissue. The purpose of PRP treatment is to obtain the tissue-repairing, wound-healing, stem cells-stimulating substances naturally contained in the thrombocyte content, and to give it to the damaged tissue to heal the tissue. With high dose ozone, which further increases the effectiveness of PRP, we burst the platelets and obtain the entire content of the platelets. In this way, we obtain more effective results with ozonated PRP.

PRP is very advantageous in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, penis enlargement, azoospermia, Peyronie's disease, prostatitis, female sexual dysfunction, urinary incontinence, cystitis, interstitial cystitis, overactive bladder and vesicovaginal fistula diseases! Endoscopic Surgery

In endoscopic surgery, internal organs are visualized and diseases are treated with the help of a camera through several small incisions created on the body or by using natural openings of the organs.

Endoscopic surgical methods are urethroscopy, cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, renoscopy (nephroscopy), percutaneous nephroscopy, laparoscopy and robotic surgery.

Pathologies are operated by using these methods, and different names are given according to the procedure by itself and the content of the procedure. For example, transurethral resection, percutaneous nephrolithotomy.

We frequently and successfully use endoscopic surgery methods for diagnosis and surgical treatments of many diseases including prostate cancer, kidney cancer, testicular cancer, bladder cancer, ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction urinary stones of kidney, ureter, bladder and urethra, benign prostatic hyperplasia, interstitial cystitis, urinary tract obstruction, ejaculatory duct cysts and obstruction, ureterocele, vesicovaginal fistula.

Microsurgery

We successfully use microsurgery for the treatment of varicocele, epididymis and vas deferens diseases. Microsurgery has an important place in the treatment of infertility patients.

Microscopic varicocelectomy and microTESE are the microsurgical methods we frequently use. For vasectomy reversal, we also perform vas deferens surgery with microsurgery.

Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)

ESWL is an abbreviation for extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.

ESWL therapy is a treatment method with low complication rate in the treatment of kidney stones.

The success rate of ESWL therapy is high for the stones located in renal pelvis, upper and middle poles.

If the stones in the lower pole cannot be completely dropped out of the kidney after they are broken, they may reunite and form a large stone. The success rate is low for the lower pole stones.

If it is appropriate, the treatment of proximal ureteral stones with ESWL treatment may be preferred.

Shockwave Therapy

We use low dose shock wave therapy especially for erectile dysfunction, chronic prostatitis, Peyronie's disease and some pelvic floor disorders.

Botox Treatment

In the field of urology, we successfully use botox injection in our clinic for the treatment of overactive bladder, interstitial cystitis, premature ejaculation, benign prostatic enlargement, elevated bladder neck, bladder neck stenosis, detrusor-sphincter dyssynergia to increase the quality of life.

Kidney Cancer Treatment

When diagnosed at an early stage of kidney cancer, the survival rate of kidney cancer patients is between 70-100%, don’t forget!

We perform radical nephrectomy, where the entire kidney is removed, and partial nephrectomy, where only cancerous tissue is removed, with robotic surgery and laparoscopic surgery. We can easily say that by these surgical applications we get the most successful results.

Bladder Cancer Treatment

In the treatment of non-muscular bladder cancer, we remove the tumor by using endoscopic methods. In case of muscle invasive bladder cancer, we perform radical cystectomy and neobladder by using robotic and laparoscopic surgical methods.

Prostate Cancer Treatment

In the treatment of prostate cancer, we perform nerve-sparing robot-assisted radical prostatectomy, laparoscopic radical prostatectomy and, in some special cases, open radical prostatectomy, in which the whole prostate is removed with individualized treatment planning.

Treatment of Kidney Cancer with Tumor Thrombosis

In some kidney cancers, tumor thrombosis may occur in the renal vein and inferior vena cava. In this case, we perform radical nephrectomy and removal of tumor thrombosis with robotic surgery or classical method.

Upper Urinary Tract Tumors (Urothelial Carcinoma)

In upper urinary tract urothelial tumors which are not muscle invasive, tumors are removed and treated with completely endoscopic methods. In the treatment of muscle invasive urothelial carcinoma, we perform nephroureterectomy and cuff removal from the bladder by using robotic surgery and laparoscopic surgical methods.

Adrenal Cancer Treatment

In adrenal cancer surgery, we apply laparoscopic and robotic surgery to remove the adrenal tumor. With a minimally invasive approach, the patient can return to his daily life more quickly.

Testicular Cancer Treatment

We use robotic surgery and laparoscopic surgery in retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (RPLND) surgery in patients with testicular tumors with retroperitoneal metastasis.

Treatment of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH)

Modern treatment methods for prostate enlargement, one of the most common prostate diseases of men, are currently in use in our clinic. In addition to the transurethral resection (TUR) method, we successfully apply holmium laser, thulium laser prostate enucleation methods, and plasmakinetic methods. We also offer botox injection to the prostate as a minimally invasive, successful treatment option for patients who do not want to undergo any surgery.

Prostatitis Treatment

In the treatment of prostatitis, which is the fearful dream of men, we successfully apply ozone therapy into the prostate, shock wave therapy to the prostate, PRP treatment into prostate, botox treatment into prostate and pelvic floor rehabilitation as treatment methods in addition to classical drug treatments.

Interstitial Cystitis Treatment

Male Sexual Dysfunctions

Erectile dysfunction due to various reasons, premature ejaculation, Peyronie's disease, congenital penile curvature, decreased sexual desire (hypogonadism) are the conditions that we often treat.

Female Sexual Dysfunction Treatment

Due to ageing, difficult births and decrease in estrogen levels in women, urogenital aging of urethra, bladder trigone and pelvic floor muscles and atrophy in vaginal epithelium appear as causes of sexual dysfunction in women.

It should be taken into account that stress, cystitis, urinary incontinence and problems related to urination are effective in the occurrence of female sexual dysfunction.

Male Infertility

Regarding male infertility, we use endoscopic and microsurgical methods in the treatment of ejaculatory duct cyst, epididymis cyst, hydrocele, varicocele and azoospermia.

Microscopic varicocelectomy and sperm retrieval with microTESE for IVF applications is the most common treatment methods we use.

We also perform vasectomy and inguinal hernia surgeries.

Urinary Stone Diseases

In the treatment of kidney stones, we use extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWL), flexible ureteroscopy and retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS), percutaneous stone surgery (percutaneous nephrolithotomy, PCNL) methods using holmium laser, depending on the location and size of the stone.

In the treatment of ureteral stones, we perform flexible ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy to remove stones.

In the treatment of bladder stones, we remove the stones by endoscopic methods (sistolithotripsy). We use holmium laser to break stones (laser lithotripsy).

Urinary Infections

We use special administration method of urinary ozone therapy and drug therapies in addition to several special treatment methods according to types of diseases, to treat cystitis, interstitial cystitis, epididymitis, orchitis, pyelonephritis, urethritis, condyloma acuminita (HPV warts) lesions. Also, we take precautions to prevent recurrence of the infection.

Cystic Diseases

Kidney cyst, adrenal cyst, ejaculatory duct cyst and epididymis cyst are among the cystic diseases we treat easily.

Congenital Urological Diseases

Undescended testis, ureteropelvic junction stenosis, ureterocele and hydronephrosis are some of the congenital diseases that we treat with endoscopic methods, laparoscopy and, when necessary, robotic surgery.

Urinary Strictures

Urethral stricture, bladder neck stenosis and ureteral stricture are the diseases we encounter in the urinary tract and treat with endoscopic methods and laparoscopic surgery. Botox injection for the treatment of bladder neck stenosis is a minimally invasive method that we frequently apply.

Treatment of Pelvic Floor Disorders

Pelvic floor is the name given to the whole of muscles and fascia covering the lower opening of the pelvic bone.

The urinary tract, rectum and, in women, additionally the vagina pass through the pelvic floor.

In this respect, the pelvic floor, which has the power to affect voiding, ejaculation, defecation and vaginal functions, plays a key role in many diseases.

In pelvic floor dysfuntion, it is possible to misuse the pelvic floor due to established habits and, excessive contraction or excessive relaxation.
